Melissa was raised in Houston, Texas and has a passion for fitness, fashion and fun. She spends as much time outdoors as possible; while she prefers the sun, she's just as happy to play outside in the rain. Melissa is a doctoral student in the Criminology department and her research focuses on corporate crime and victimization. When she's not working on her dissertation you can find her at her 6:00AM  fitness bootcamp class, training in the gym, or learning new home improvement projects.
