Brian grew up in Bethesda, MD outside of D.C. Although currently living right here in Mayer 101 with Alison, his sports allegiance remains in Maryland with teams including the Maryland Terrapins, Baltimore Ravens, and the Green Terror at his alma mater, McDaniel College. When he's not busy consuming sports-related media or playing basketball, Brian is reading, writing, and rewriting, working toward a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice at Temple University. His dissertation is about illegal gun carrying and shootings in Philadelphia (and if you want the longer version, just ask). He and Alison enjoy the city's Irish pubs, free newspapers, cultural festivals, and the habit of adding 'adelphia' to words associated with Philly.Previous | Staff List | Next
