Mise en Place - learn to cook!

What:

Mise en place is a French kitchen phrase that means “putting in place" or “gathering.” It refers to the discipline and organization a good chef exhibits in the kitchen.

Join RA Joey and learn how to prep simple vegetables/ingredients! During this hour, you will learn how to cut:

  • carrots
  • peppers
  • potatos
  • tomatoes

You will learn three cutting techniques (dicing, julienne, rolling blade). Come excited to learn and ready to cut!
