Russia is in the news again. Over the last twenty years, I have worked in and with Russia, on its transition from part of the Soviet Union towards an independent, market-oriented country. News coverage tends not to reflect the complexity of that transition, nor does it capture the reality of Russia. In this discussion, I will share my observations of the Russia I have seen, and we will talk about the issues that have put Russia in the news. Any and all questions are welcome.
