Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day: Service Activities

Date: Monday, January 21, 2019
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
LocationStouffer Hall Seminar Room (D-section) and Houston Hall (3417 Spruce Street) 
 
Make it a "day on, not a day off" as we honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s legacy. We will meet for a light breakfast in the Stouffer Hall Seminar Room and then head over to Houston Hall to help out with various service activities organized by the African American Resource Center (AARC).

Please RSVP on the form below by end of Saturday, January 19, 2019, so we know how much food to purchase.
 
Schedule:
 
9:00 a.m. - Enjoy a light breakfast in Stouffer Hall Seminar Room (D-section).
 
9:50 a.m. - Depart for Houston Hall with GA Yoonhee.
 
10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Various service activities (e.g., create gifts for those in need in West Philadelphia, fill bags with toiletries for women at local shelters).
 
12:30 p.m. or earlier - Depart the event on your own.
