His firm is called in to deal with dangerous/complicated ocean work involving ships, tanks, tugs, etc. Managing multi-national teams of divers/crew members and navigating issues of race, class & discimination across contexts, he has become one of the leading specialists in this field, especially in the Middle East (Iran, Iraq, UAE, etc).
