Want to learn more about the history of the diverse communities of Philadelphia? Want to explore what the local park system has to offer? Want to watch a movie with friends while munching on some snacks? Then you should come to see the Concrete Cowboy in an outdoor movie screening at Clark Park!

 The movie, starring Idris Elba, follows a teen who was sent to live with his estranged father for the summer, as he finds kinship in a tight-knit Philadelphia community of Black cowboys. We will provide you all with some good snacks but make sure to bring your own blanket/chair/ pillows as seating will not be provided by us or the venue. Do not hesitate to bring your friends along too. We will leave from Stouffer patio at 7:00 pm on Friday, the 17th!!
